Who: This event is open to actively enrolled junior, intermediate, senior 4-H members, and adults. What: Participants will engage in hands-on STEM activities, have a presentation from an astronaut, visit rocket city on a guided tram tour, and visit the many space exhibits within the space center. The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Cattle Raisers Roundup is a week-long high school summer camp for those interested in learning more about the beef industry. Travel across the state to see how beef moves from pasture to plate. This immersive program will give youth a front-row seat at ranches, feedyards, research institutions, veterinary clinics, processing facilities, and more.
