Texas 4-H Opportunity Scholarships

Applications Due: January 16, 2017 by 5 p.m. @ Extension Office

Texas 4-H Youth Development Program Opportunity Scholarships are academic scholarships awarded each year to applicants based on their academic record, 4-H experience, and financial need. Scholarships are awards up to $20,000. The Texas 4-H Youth Development Opportunity Scholarship Program is conducted by the Texas 4-H Youth Development Foundation. All applications must be submitted through the applicant’s county Extension office and meet all criteria to be considered.

  • Please read through these guidelines carefully to be sure you meet each criteria.
  • DO NOT WAIT! FAFSA processing can take up to three weeks! Do not wait until the last minute to apply for your FAFSA.
