Galveston County Master Gardeners

Galveston County Master Gardener Association (GCMGA) is a voluntary, nonprofit, educational, literary and charitable association organized to support Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and the Texas Master Gardener Association.  GCMGA is not affiliated with any commercial enterprises.  GCMGA serves residents of Galveston County, Texas,  in cooperation with the counties’ AgriLife Extension office. Texas Master Gardeners are individuals trained in best practices of horticulture supporting outreach and education mission of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service through volunteer service. Interested in becoming a Texas Master Gardener? While we have already accepted interns for the 2022 Galveston County Master Gardener Training this Fall, we encourage you to fill out an interest list form toward application of the 2023 TMG training program beginning in late January 2023.
