Sausage Making Workshop

Discover the art and science of sausage making in this engaging, hands-on workshop. Participants will work in small groups to prepare bulk breakfast sausage and traditional link sausage using natural casings. Enjoy guided instruction, sample sausage prepared during class, and take home sausage to cook later.

- How to prepare bulk and link sausages, including working with natural casings
- How to balance fat, flavor, and texture for quality results

- Best practices for packaging and storing fresh sausage

- All supplies will be provided, including ingredients and materials
- Please bring a cooler for transporting your sausage home
