Please complete the following before coming to Entry Night:

1. Complete entry forms

• Available on our website under “Major Show Entries” or we have printed copies available at office.
• State Fair exhibitors: you must also login to the SFT online system beginning August 1 and electronically sign the Indemnity/W-9 and submit livestock entry online.

2. Pass Quality Counts Verification Test (livestock entries only! Doesn’t apply to judging teams)

• Youth who previously passed test DO NOT have to retake test EXCEPT for those that  moved to a new age division on or before August 31, 2024 (going into 3rd grade, 6th grade, or 9th grade).

3. Complete 4-H Enrollment online via 4-H Online

4. Bring paperwork to Extension Office on Entry Night

• Entry Form(s)
• Social Security # (Youth)
• Quality Counts # (livestock only) – if you do not know your number, email leah.stiles@ag.tamu.edu
• Payment (cash, check made payable to Galveston County 4-H Fund, or card via Square (processing fee applies)
